You can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned, unused, unwashed, complete and in good condition.

For the returns process please use email info@artisanlimitededition.co.uk defining items, your order number and the reason for return.

You will have your refund with the original payment method used in your purchase. Postage charges will not be refunded as you are responsible for the shipping cost on returning an item back to us. We kindly recommend you send the returned parcels tracked and keep the tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for orders placed online. Please return your item/s by post or in store.

If an item arrives to you faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package by either phone: 01494 722500 or email: info@artisanlimitededition.co.uk to arrange a return. We will refund any postage on a faulty or damaged item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item up to a maximum of £7.

Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
